Federal Impact Aid Forms will be sent home Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in your child’s report card sleeve. The Federal Impact Aid Survey Program allows the District to get financial assistance to use for additional educational opportunities for our students. If applicable, please complete this form and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher no later than November 8, 2016.
